Take a break from your loan payment. Skip your June or July payment and enjoy extra cash for your summer plans.

Most loans are eligible.

How to Skip a Payment

💻Online

1. Login to online banking or the mobile app.
2. Find the loan you’d like to skip.
3. Click the Options button, to view eligible loans for Skip-a-Pay.
4. Select the loan you want to Skip and follow the prompts.

📞Over the Phone

1. Call us and ask Piper to transfer you to a ‘representative’ for assistance.
2. We’ll help you through the rest!

📝 Secure Online Message

To request a skip via secure message, visit our Contact Us page and scroll to the online form.

Please include the following in your request:

1. Primary member’s name

2. The 3-digit loan number or a brief description of the loan

3. The month you’d like to skip

4. The account to withdraw the $30 skip fee from

🔒 Using the secure form keeps your personal information protected. Please don’t send confidential account info via regular email.

Official Rules

• Your account must be in good standing (all loans and accounts current).

• Loan must be open for at least 6 months.

• Maximum of 2 skips per calendar year, up to 6 skips total over the life of the loan.

• Each skip requires a $30 processing fee, which must be available in your account.

• Multiple loans may be skipped for an additional $30 fee per loan.

• Business and real estate loans are not eligible.

Important Disclosures

• If your loan has automatic payments, you are responsible for updating or disabling them. We can help if you contact us at least 3 business days in advance.

• If your loan includes Debt Protection, coverage ends on the loan’s original final payment date.

• GAP coverage will not cover skipped payments.

• Interest will continue to accrue during the skipped month.

• Skipping a payment will extend your loan term and may result in additional interest or payments beyond your original maturity date.

• All other loan terms remain unchanged.
