On March 20 our online banking credentials will have new requirements.

Your username can no longer be your member account number.
If your username is your member account number, you can update this to a unique username by signing in to online or mobile banking and accessing your Profile (top right corner). On or after March 20, if your username is your member account number, you will be prompted to create a unique username at your next sign in.
Your password must be a minimum of 10 characters long.
If your password is 9 characters or shorter, you can update this by signing in to online or mobile banking and accessing your Profile (top right corner). On or after March 20, if your password is less than 10 characters, you will be prompted to change your password at your next sign in.
