The Solidarity Loan: Bridging the Gap between Opportunities
Members impacted by work shortages can access up to $5,000
When the work cycle tightens, this loan provides a way to stay steady while bridging the gap to the next job:
- Borrow up to $5,000 at 2.90% APR*
- Flexible terms for 30 months
- First payment deferred for 90 days
From covering medical or COBRA payments to catching up on union dues so you can get back to work, the Solidarity Loan is designed for the financial gaps between opportunities.

Financial pressure can take many forms; Relief Valve offers several options designed to relieve it. Members may qualify for:

Yes. The program is designed as a cooperative system. Members can build reserves through the Reservoir during strong cycles and access the Relief Valve if they experience a qualifying hardship or work slowdown.

Who is eligible to participate in Solidarity Link?
